Ciara Wants You To Know....

Ciara pretty much said "miss me with the bullshit." In a new open letter that she penned and posted onto her website OnlyCiara, the songstress makes it clear that she is not here for the blogs, negativity or cyber bulling across the social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. In her letter she states that she can no longer go to blogs to see the creativity because now they contain nothing but trash posts and they thrash artists to ignite fan wars.
She threw shade at bloggers who are completely negative, she mentioned how people end their lives due to bullying and how she could stoop just as low as the negative person and rip them to shreds with cruel words over the internet, but she chooses not to. She said that she would like for people to be more uplifting and positive. I mean, in a perfect world who wouldn't? See her letter below.
Ciara does have some valid points here. The bullying, how it's wrong. I agree, I hate bullying. When I think of bullying, school comes into mind, or the neighborhood big fat kid that picks on the little one jogs my memory. That's what I think of when I hear "bully". It's very sad that people do hurt themselves or take their lives when it comes to bullying, but they've endured different types of bullying whether physical, mental or emotional.
When the term "CYBER" is brought into play, nothing comes to my mind. I don't understand how people fall victim to cyber bullying...hell, I'm not sure if I even believe in it! Well, let me recant that. I do believe in Cyber Bullying, but in Ciara's case, she's NOT being cyber bullied , she's just sensitive to comments and here's why.
Just because someone posts negative a comment, which is simply an opinion about something, or about how they feel does not mean they are cyber bullying. If it's comments about how good it is or how flawless it is, then there's nothing wrong. Everything is all rainbows and glitter.
The minute something negative pops up, people want to get all into their feelings. As far as the comments portion or even entire blogs for that matter, the best advice I can give to her is NOT to read them. If she reads them, then her feelings would be hurt. The letter above shows that she's reading them and her feelings are getting hurt. The negativity will always be there, and if her skin isn't tough enough to endure the harshness of the fans now a days, then she need not to read.
C-Squad isn't as rowdy as the BeyHive or The Navy. Because if something negative is posted or said about anyone of those two, the naysayer is ate alive. Just ask Miley Cyrus, Chilli, Keyshia Cole, Roseanne, or Teyana Taylor. They all tried it, but the fans, as harsh as they are, did enough damage to where the neither of them had to even address it. Not that they would have, but you get my point.
Granted people can be harsh and criticize to the death, but that's apart of the celebrity package. That's apart of the deal you signed up for sweetie pooh pooh nah nah. I really hate when people compare things to what they used to be or to the past. For instance, like when people say "music isn't what it used to be, 90's had the best music."
Blogs are not what they used to be. Nothing is and nothing will ever be! It's just like how time goes on, people will move on. The people that blogged in the 90's or the early 2000's are no longer blogging now. The same thing goes for music. People who made music in the 90's are either struggling to survive in the music business or have quit it all together. We are dealing with a new generation of people, a new generation of entertainers, and a new generation of bloggers.
This new generation likes to be first at everything, even if it means creating a false story just to get hits and start wars in comments (That Grape Juice). But that's the world now a days. This letter isn't going to stop anything. It's not going to stop people from commenting and starting wars and leaving harsh criticize. Nothing ever will.
So apart of me feels that this entire letter was kind of pointless because it's not going to change anything. Maybe she just wanted people to see how she's feeling about the entire situation. I do understand the whole enough is enough thing, but in the entertainment business, that what comes with the total package and you have to be able to take it all.
Continue to ignore the comments, ignore the stories...or if you can beat them, join them. That's what the hell Rihanna does because she does not give two fucks! She mocks her "fans", she uploads pictures comparing them to animals, she even told one of them not to come to her concert. she's vicious and ruthless and the world still loves her. Maybe Ciara should follow in those IDGAF steps. What do you think? Comment below.
